Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Gold Athletics, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Handwritten Entry: To enter the sweepstakes without purchase, supporters must write their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3″ x 5″ card or plain 8” x 11.5’ paper. The written entry must also include the complete and exact name of the Organization whose Sweepstakes Campaign they would like to enter.

Mailing Instructions: All handwritten entries must be mailed in a standard #10 envelope to:

Entry Deadline: Handwritten entries must be received by the close date of the Sweepstakes Campaign to be eligible. Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

Limitations: Only one mailed sweepstakes entry per household, per campaign is allowed. Inadequate or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Gold Athletics is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged entries.

Privacy: By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to the use of their personal information as described in Gold Athletics’s Privacy Policy, which can be found HERE.

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

​

Void Where Prohibited: The sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

​

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes Campaign entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Gold Athletics on or about the close date of the Sweepstakes Campaign. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Gold Athletics, which are final and binding in all respects.

​

Modification and Termination: Gold Athletics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes if it becomes necessary due to technical problems or other unforeseen circumstances.
