Questions about Pretzels?

I just placed my order online. When will I receive my shipment and how is it shipped?

Order will be fulfilled within a week and shipped within 2-3 weeks from day of purchase.

Are the pretzels shipped frozen?

No. We ship all our pretzels fresh the day they are baked. Please follow the enclosed instructions upon delivery.

How long do they last in the freezer? How about the refrigerator?

You should not store the pretzels in the refrigerator. However, our pretzels will last in the freezer for up to 6 months from the day you receive your order! If you aren’t going to eat them all right away, be sure to put them into the freezer right after you unbox them.
